Short version: AI Juggler runs on your machine and keeps your data there. The website and optional account collect the minimum needed to work.
AI Juggler (the desktop app)
- Reads AI providers' local session files on your machine to show status, usage and history. That data stays local.
- Never proxies model traffic and never reads, stores or transmits your provider credentials.
- Sends no telemetry unless you opt in.
Figurehead account (optional)
- Sign-in is handled by our identity provider, WorkOS. We store your user ID, email, name and avatar URL.
- Linked machines: a name you choose, platform, app version, an optional public key and a hashed access token.
- Backups are encrypted on your machine before upload. We store the encrypted file, its size and a checksum.
- Preferences you set in the dashboard.
Website
No advertising trackers. If you join a waitlist we store your email for that purpose only. We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in.
Where it lives
On Cloudflare's network (Workers, D1, R2, KV) and, for authentication, WorkOS.
Your choices
